If ‘right now’ is the dream mind is dreaming, then ‘right now’ is “The Grand Parody (TGP)” mind is dreaming. What makes ‘right now’ a mind generated parody is that if this is the dream mind is dreaming, then everything can only be content in this dream, including how mind dreams you using story plus the invented self to play the game of TAG in TGP, as if a dreamer can prove it is a ‘real person’ in TGP. People have no place in this equation. TGP features TAG (“The Anti-truth Game), or the sum of all the ways the dreamers defend “The Master Lie,” that ‘THIS,’ right now is real and not content in TGP, and that all the dreamers are ‘the people’ they portray in the dream. TGP features how mind dreams the dreamers filling time pretending it’s possible to win the game of TAG.
If ‘right now’ is TGP mind is dreaming, then all people-based conclusions are false, since a dream, by definition, can’t include people. Conclusions become accurate exactly as fast as a dreamer in TGP reconnects with the fact conclusions can only be about ‘dreamer behavior’ in TGP.
Waking up in the dream includes shifting from the fiction people exist to draw conclusions about their behavior, to the truth ‘behavior’ is what dreamers display in TGP to defend “The Master Lie (TML).” For example, what kind of a story do you occupy in the dream to give the invented self room to defend the lie the self is proof for the lie a dreamer in a dream is a ‘real person?’
TGP features TAG as “The Main Event” in this dream, or the sum of all the ways the dreamers in this dream rely on the invented self to defend the lie the dreamer in TGP is a ‘real person.’ This is the goal of TAG. The problem is, of course, if right now is TGP mind is dreaming, then TAG is a no win game, since no dreamer with a story (for the invented self to occupy) has any chance to prove it is a ‘real person.’
TAG is the center piece in TGP mind is dreaming, and ‘right now’ displays all the ways the dreamers use the invented self to drag out the fiction the game of TAG is winnable. A dreamer wakes up in the dream when it realizes it knows the dream isn’t about people because it’s only a mind generated dream. Suddenly it ‘sees’ that only dreamers get to use story and the invented self in TGP to play the game of TAG.
TAG is what mind dreams the dreamers ‘doing’ in this dream. “The Big Lie” gives way to “The Big Aha,” and humor makes perfect sense in the absence of people to be the doer
of anything. Everything can only be content in TGP mind is dreaming ‘right now.’ Waking up makes it crystal clear that nothing ‘going on’ has, or ever had, anything to do with people. You are in the dream ‘right now,’ somewhere with the fact truth is absolute.
Mind can’t dream TGP unless the dream features the dreamers defending the fiction defection from mind is possible. The shift from the truth, mind is the only ‘doer’ there is, to the lie, the dreamers are doers because they exist outside of the dream mind is dreaming, is a function of duality. TGP mind is dreaming features the dreamers pretending defection from mind is possible. Mind dreams the dreamers dismissing the truth mind is all there is with the aid of trance, or pretending they have no connection to mind to pretend it’s possible to cancel mind as the dreamer of the dream the dreamers are in.
There is no such thing as duality if mind is all there is. Mind dreams the dreamers feigning defection from mind, and hiding this lie with amnesia, in order to pretend they exist as independent entities outside the dream mind is dreaming. TAG displays all the ways the dreamers dismiss mind as the source of their ‘behavior’ in the dream in order to fill time playing the part of ‘real people’ in this dream.
Mind is dreaming all of this as content in TGP it is dreaming, and none of it involves people. If this is “the truth,” then TAG features how the dreamers in this dream try to discredit truth to defend the fiction they are ‘real people’ in this dream. No dreamer in this dream is, or can be, a person. TGP features TAG as “The Main Event,” manifesting as ‘right now,’ featuring the dreamers filling time ‘playing the part of people,’ as if this isn’t taking place in the dream mind is dreaming, and not by the dreamers in this dream.
Anyone you meet or know can only be a dreamer in this dream, filling time with its rendition of TAG. ‘Waking up’ shows up in the dream when a dreamer reconnects with the fact ‘right now’ is the dream mind is dreaming, and it accepts the fact it is a dreamer in this dream, playing the game of TAG exactly the way it does. ‘Waking up’ is surrendering to what is already a fixed fact: nothing ‘gong on’ has anything to do with people.
Suffering starts with “The Defection Parody (TDP)” because no dreamer in the dream mind is dreaming can defect from mind. Suffering goes with defending a lie as if it is defensible. Mind dreams the dreamers engaged in TDP so they can engage in “The not mind Parody,” aka “duality.” TGP includes “duality” so the dreamers can fill time engaged in TDP, as if they can achieve this goal.
Trying to escape from mind as the source of ‘everything’ is like pretending you can teach a horse to fly. TDP is comedy because it can only be content in the dream mind is dreaming, so it never had anything to do with people. A dreamer in TGP can’t play the game of TAG unless it fills time with the fiction it has no connection with mind. TAG captures how the dreamers create and defend the lie duality is real to defend the fiction the dreamers are ‘real people,’ having ‘real lives,’ in a ‘real reality’ outside the dream mind is dreaming. The option to wake up in this dream is imminent because nothing ‘going on’ in this dream involves people, only dreamers featured engaged in that fiction.
TGP mind is dreaming includes, therefore, as step one, all the ways the dreamers dismiss the fact mind is dreaming them pretending they can prove mind is not their source in this dream. The shift from the truth to the lie happens, as a rule, slowly over time in the dream. The dream features the dreamers creating the self they get to use in the dream to play the part of a person. The dreamers use the invented self as proof they are separate from mind, to the degree trance seems to scatter the fact the dream mind is dreaming features how the dreamers use the self in the dream to defend the fiction they are ‘real people,’ with no memory for the fact mind is dreaming this as content in TGP.
Nothing exists outside of TGP mind is dreaming, including ‘TAG,’ and all the ways the dreamers in this dream use the invented self to defend the fiction it belongs to a person. If there are no people, this being TGP mind is dreaming, then there is no one to have any kind of a self. Defending a fiction as if it is a fact takes up most of the dreamer’s time in TGP. The fiction the dreamer is a person rides on the lie someone exists to have an ego.
Dreamers posing as people try to get rid of their ego, as if it exists to be eliminated. This is a time consuming, circular, comedic activity in TGP. Waking up in the dream brings truth into focus through the haze of amnesia that there is no one to have an ego because there is no one to be, do, have, get, or eliminate anything. Pretending to get rid of something that never existed has to be the epitome of comedy. It works to maintain the fiction the dreamer is a ‘real person’ with ‘spiritual work to do.’
A huge number of dreamers in TGP hatch the the fiction they have a self in response to “traumatic events” in the dream, by pretending a real someone had a perfectly okay self that was ruined by “traumatic events,” as if these events are not content in TGP. If TGP includes everything, then it includes “the traumatic events” the dreamer treats as ‘real events’ that damaged what was a perfectly okay self. In truth, TGP precludes the fiction anything ‘going on’ has anything to do with people. There is no one to have any kind of a self. TAG displays how the dreamer defends the fiction it is a ‘real person’ having a ‘real life,’ in a ‘real reality.’
Dreamers who use trauma in the dream to do personhood believably are understandably reluctant to part with the fiction ‘a traumatized self qualifies as a real self.’ The fiction TAG is a winnable game depends on the lie the self is not only real in the dream, but it belongs to a ‘real person.’ The lie the dreamer can win the game of TAG relies on the fiction someone exists to have a self. No dreamer in this dream has any kind of a self. TGP features TAG, or all the ways the dreamers fill time with the invented self to play the part of some kind of a ‘real person’ in this dream. The defense of the lie the self is real defines “The Main Event” in this dream. TGP going on ‘right now’ displays how each dreamer drags out the fiction it is a person based on the fiction the self is has is real and not invented.
Defending the fiction someone has a ‘damaged self’ works to prolong the defense of “The Master Lie,’ that “THIS’ is real and not a dream, because what keeps the fiction in place ‘a damaged self is a real self’ is regular, reiterated suffering, usually requiring revisiting the suffering that defined trauma as a ‘real event’ in the dream. Some dreamers live in the middle of trauma to defend the fiction ‘a damaged self is a real self.’ TAG describes all the ways the dreamers use the invented self, somewhere between okay, and ‘damaged beyond repair,’ to defend “The Master Lie,” which is the goal of TAG.
In the next installment, I will trace the origin of suffering, starting with the fiction defection from mind is possible, all the way to living in a story that defends the fiction ‘a suffering someone can pass for a real someone’ in this dream. People don’t defend the fiction someone with a ‘damaged self’ can prove truth is false: this is what the dreamers do in TGP. TGP features TAG, or the sum of what the dreamers do in TGP to prove ‘right now’ is real, and not the dream mind is dreaming.

How about a few examples of how this works out and how the Recovery Process produces results? Obviously there is need for respecting your clients’ privacy so there should be no names and the case his(story) can be modified and disguised so that there can be no discernible connection between the problem the client(s) come up with, the effects of the ‘treatment’ and the particular ‘person’ involved.
Hi Greg,
My question has to do with “Identity” in the Dream? For instance, when you write herein,
” “The Big Lie” gives way to “The Big Aha,” and humor makes perfect sense in the absence of people to be the doer of anything.”
I am prompted to ask, “to whom does “The Big Lie” give way to the “The Big Aha”? And if, “humor makes perfect sense in the absence of people to be the doer of anything” then to whom is this humor occurring?
So you can take personhood out of the Identity, but you can’t take Identity out of…?
Thanks for your work once again.
Joe
Our status as a dreamer in The Grand Parody mind is dreaming exists as a constant. Only dreamers exist and only in the dream to fill time
defending the lie ‘a damaged self’ is a real self. This manifest in the dream as the skit the dreamer occupies to drag out the fiction it is some kind of a
‘not okay’ person. In the absence of people, only the dreamers in the dream recover the humor that goes with the fact no personhood skit, no
matter how dramatic, can cancel the fact truth is absolute: right now is the dream mind is dreaming, featuring, as the main event, ‘the dreamers
defending the lie the self is real to defend the lie a dreamer with a ‘damaged self’ can pass for a real person. When a dreamer wakes up in the
dream and retrieves the fact no skit in a dream can prove people exist, it views its own skit objectively as only more mind generated content in the dream
it is in. All dreamer skits are transparent because only dreamers in the dream fill time delivering their skit to drag out the fiction a suffering someone
can pass for a real someone. ‘The damaged self skit’ is virtually universal in this dream. Dreamers obscure it with bravado and superiority, but this is
transparent, too. I assist clients to bring the parameters of their skit into focus so they can witness how mind dreams them defending the master lie
in The Grand Parody. This is the goal of TAG, or mind dreaming ‘us’ pretending mind isn’t dreaming us using the invented self to drag out the fiction
we are ‘real people’ in this dream. What could be funnier than using a skit to defend the lie ‘we’ are people when that’s just a mind generated charade in
this dream.
