Duality is mandatory if the dreamers in this mind generated charade are going to fill time ‘defending the lie they are people.’ No dreamer in this charade can defend that lie, convincingly, without the lie duality is real. Duality is the backbone of this charade. Amnesia shields the dreamer from the fact ‘everything can only be content in this mind generated dream.’ Without amnesia, the charade would collapse: it would be too obvious that truth is absolute, meaning not open to a vote. The last thing any dreamer in this charade wants to know is that nothing it does in the charade can prove it is a person. In this dream, this is ‘the secret’ we all share in common. January 10th, 2011For over thirty five years I operated as a traditional psychologist, defending our preferred rendition of reality, the one we work as a team to keep in place as “the truth,” and then one day a friend introduced me to the writings of Wei Wu Wei, who deconstructed Buddhism to locate the core message, a message that is 180 degrees out of phase with what we insist reality is.
This core message states that what we refer to a “reality’ is a dream in progress, featuring all the ways the dreamers in this dream dismiss truth as false in order to defend the lie they are ‘real people’ in this dream. In this light, there is no one to know who is dreaming this dream, and the dreamers in this dream have assigned many names to the dreamer of this dream, settling, perhaps, on the concept of mind, a vast intelligence that is the dreamer of this dream, such that nothing exits outside of this dream. The dream is what right now is, and it displays where all the dreamers in this dream are with that fact, somewhere between awake, and one with the truth, to deep in a trance, filling time dismissing truth in order to defend the fiction right now is real and not a dream, and that all the dreamers in this dream are the people they insist they are. » Read more: Everyone is Eligible to Wake Up!
Dialoguing with Richard Miller
October 29th, 2010Richard Miller finds himself in the dream acting as a coordinator of all things non dual. He interviews dreamers to explore where they are in the dream with the fact truth, aka “the non dual,” is absolute. You can go to his site on the web at www.nevernothere.com where you get to listen to where everyone in the dream is with the fact it is one. What you encounter is where each dreamer is with the fact truth is absolute, and how they still fill time defending duality, or the fiction it’s possible to exist outside the dream mind is dreaming.
At low Duality, this is comedy, and as the defense of D expands, comedy turns into ‘tragedy.’ Since this site is dedicated to the non dual, you won’t run into too much ‘tragedy’ on this site. You will encounter dreamers doing degrees of ‘guru-itis,’ which is always fun, especially when they are awake enough to make fun of their own parody. Expect to listen to dreamers on the cusp of waking up. It is a wonderful site and I highly recommend it. The Art of Personhood
August 15th, 2010The dream features TAG, or all the ways mind features the dreamers creating duality to pretend they can prove nothing is content in the dream mind is dreaming. This is “The Grand Parody” because mind is dreaming the dreamers feigning defection from mind with the fiction duality is real. If mind is all there is, then there is no duality, only mind including this in “The Grand Parody” to feature how the dreamers fill time in the dream defending the fiction they are ‘real people’ having ‘real lives’ outside the dream mind is dreaming.
When waking up happens in the dream, it is clear right now is the dream mind is dreaming, and that it features how the dreamers create duality to prove mind doesn’t exist, and right now is hardly what mind is dreaming. This is what makes this a parody: no dreamer in the dream is, or can prove it is, any kind of a person, no matter how much it feigns defection from mind. ‘Feigning defection from mind is “The Main Event” in this dream.
Truth becomes transparently obvious once you wake up in the dream. Every dreamer in this dream displays how much duality it creates to defend the fiction it is a real person and not a dreamer in the dream featured ‘trying to prove truth is false.’ Because right now is the dream mind is dreaming, “the option to prove truth is false is zero.” Every dreamer relies on the fiction its brand of duality will work to prove truth is false. Mind includes ‘amnesia’ in the dream so the dreamers can pretend they forgot truth is absolute. How could a dreamer in a dream ever hope to prove it is a person?
