A Look at The Lie List – Part One

January 22nd, 2011

In spite of almost universal opposition to the fact truth isn’t what we insist it is, I love the work I do. It feels good to tell the truth about the truth, knowing truth (this dream) features the vast majority of the dreamers in this dream busy defending “The Master Lie,” that right now is real and not a dream and all the dreamers are the people they portray in this dream. Statistically, this dream features the dreamers working as a team in the dream to defend “The Master Lie.” This is what mind features the dreamers doing in this dream. Knowing people aren’t doing anything, ever, reconfigures ‘opposition’ as comedy in the dream. The opposition to truth is, after all, “The Main Event” in this dream. To expect anything less than this means you are still featured stuck in the lie right now is ‘serious’ because it is oh so terribly real.

I am featured in the dream, working with dreamers who fill time ‘trying to prove truth is false.’ If truth is absolute, the war against truth is a mind generated parody. Because no dreamer in this dream can prove truth is false, reality serves as the context for this parody.

To be awake in the dream is to shift from the fiction drama is people-based to the fact all drama is dreamer-based. Reality displays all the ways the dreamers fill time defending the fiction it’s possible to prove truth is false. “Reality” is the dream mind is dreaming, featuring, as “The Main Event,” all the ways the dreamers defend the lie it’s possible to prove truth is false. » Read more: A Look at The Lie List – Part One

Everyone is Eligible to Wake Up!

January 10th, 2011

For over thirty five years I operated as a traditional psychologist, defending our preferred rendition of reality, the one we work as a team to keep in place as “the truth,” and then one day a friend introduced me to the writings of Wei Wu Wei, who deconstructed Buddhism to locate the core message, a message that is 180 degrees out of phase with what we insist reality is.

This core message states that what we refer to a “reality’ is a dream in progress, featuring all the ways the dreamers in this dream dismiss truth as false in order to defend the lie they are ‘real people’ in this dream. In this light, there is no one to know who is dreaming this dream, and the dreamers in this dream have assigned many names to the dreamer of this dream, settling, perhaps, on the concept of mind, a vast intelligence that is the dreamer of this dream, such that nothing exits outside of this dream. The dream is what right now is, and it displays where all the dreamers in this dream are with that fact, somewhere between awake, and one with the truth, to deep in a trance, filling time dismissing truth in order to defend the fiction right now is real and not a dream, and that all the dreamers in this dream are the people they insist they are. » Read more: Everyone is Eligible to Wake Up!

About Compassion

December 21st, 2010

The more you wake up, the more you realize compassion makes perfect sense. All the dreamers in this dream deserve compassion because they try so hard to prove they are people, and they can only be dreamers in this dream, defending the lie they are people. They deserve compassion because no dreamer can prove it is a person in this dream, and time accurately displays how invested we are in the fiction a dreamer in a dream can prove it is a person. It isn’t possible to make the impossible, possible. Go ahead, forgive your ‘self’ for trying.

Compassion comes into focus after you identify how you fill time defending the fiction what you do in the dream will prove you are a person, when it’s clear no dreamer in a dream can achieve that goal. The dream dictates that our status as a dreamer in this dream is a fixed fact. Everyone in this dream can only be a dreamer in this dream, displaying the intensity they bring to the fiction they can prove they are the person they impersonate. » Read more: About Compassion

One With The Truth

November 22nd, 2010

Wei Wu Wei is very clear about waking up; it is all or nothing. As long as a shred of duality remains, the dreamer is still featured defending the fiction it’s possible to prove it is a person while in this dream. The seeing of that is comedy. You can read about this on my latest entry on www.therecoveryprocess.com. What makes this comedy is 1) everything ‘going on’ can only occur as content in this mind generated dream, and 2) because right now is the dream mind is dreaming, there are no people to be people. Reality, in other words, always displays where the dreamers in this dream are with the fact nothing can prove a dreamer in the dream is a person, not with duality, “The Defection Parody,” the invented self, story, memory, skit, or reiterated suffering. The dream is always what right now is, accurately displaying where all the dreamers in the dream are with the fact truth is absolute: nothing going on is, or can ever be, about people. When the dream features the dreamer in it, ‘getting that,’ it wakes up, viewing ‘filling time defending the fiction right now is real’ as mind, the comedian. » Read more: One With The Truth

Early Morning Boot Up

October 23rd, 2010

The dream mind is dreaming features TAG, or “The Anti-Truth Game,” as “The Main event” in this dream. All the dreamers share the same problem: it isn’t possible for a dreamer in the dream to prove it is a person, no matter what it does in the dream to sustain the lie that’s possible. You can tell the difference between a low and high TAG dreamer by the intensity of their reiterated behavior. As TAG increases, desperation increases because nothing can prove a dreamer in the dream is a person. When you wake up in the dream, you are free to review the behavior you reiterate because it captures how you fill time ‘trying to prove truth is false.’ To be awake is to view this accurately as “The Main Event” in the dream, and that it has nothing to do with people.

Once you reconnect with the fact truth is absolute, you realize perseveration goes with the dreamer’s determination to defend the fiction the game of TAG is winnable. This takes you to the birthplace of humor in this dream: all the dreamers in the dream pursue the fiction what they do, say, think and feel, will prove truth is false, eventually. Since this isn’t possible in this dream, what you witness is the degree of stuckness, somewhere in consciousness between waking up and firmly entrenched in the fiction the parody the dreamer reiterates will prove the game of TAG is winnable. This is the central fantasy dreamers defend in this dream. In truth, this being a dream, there is no one to prove truth is false. » Read more: Early Morning Boot Up
